Website Returns & Refunds Policy


You have 6 months or 180 days from the original date of your purchase to enjoy your product and give it enough time to benefit you. Like many of our satisfied customers, we hope you’ll enjoy it immensely and happily reorder more each time you run out.

We recommend you enjoy your product for as long as you can before you contact us asking for a refund. You’re perfectly entitled to make the most of your ample guarantee period in order to give the product enough time to be effective and we encourage you to. However, if you’re not satisfied with what you see and feel, it’s easy to get in touch with us to request a refund.

 


Guarantee Period


We accept returns and refunds within 180 days of purchase for any reason outlined in this policy, excluding quality issues covered in the 'Faulty Orders with Quality Issues' and 'Incomplete Orders with Missing Items' sections. So, to be eligible for a full refund, please ensure your request is submitted within 180 days of your purchase date.

 


How To Submit Your Request


Make sure to follow the simple 3-step process below in order to be refunded for your order:


  1. STEP #1: Make sure you are still in the 180-day guarantee period starting from the moment of your purchase. If you don’t know when this was, search your email for your order confirmation date.
  2. STEP #2: Send us an *email at support@strongit.shop so we are aware you’re requesting a refund. This step is very important. Make sure to add “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email so you gain time and you are helped by the right person.

*Within that email you must include:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number and date (available in your order confirmation email).
  • Your email address used for your order.
  • Indicate that you would like a refund and confirm that you’re still in the 180-day time frame from your original purchase date.

Upon receipt of the email with all the above information, STRONGIT LABS LLC will notify you of the next course of action along with a time frame of completion.

3. STEP #3: Send all your bottles - both empty and unopened - to our return address below. No return label is required, and you need to cover the postage. Email us the tracking ID of your return to ensure speedy treatment.

IMPORTANT!

Make sure to contact us and receive confirmation from an agent BEFORE you return your order otherwise this could result in your return being impossible to locate and may delay your refund!

Once we receive your returned order and register it, you’ll be refunded in full. You’ll receive email confirmation of this when your refund is initiated. It will usually take 5-10 days to appear on your statement, though it may arrive sooner.

 

Reminder!

Ensure you are still within the 180-day guarantee period from the date your order was first registered on our site. If you don’t know when this was, search your email for your order confirmation date. Claims for order refunds and returns submitted after the 180-day period will NOT be accommodated.

 


Faulty Orders With Quality Issues


If your order arrives at your shipping address with any the following order issues:

  • Incorrect items shipped.
  • Expired inventory shipped.
  • The container’s inner “seal” is broken, damaged or open. Dented containers with a seal properly secure and sealed do not qualify.
  • Order not delivered to your shipping address or tracking number did not update (within 30 days from the order date for domestic orders in the USA).

If you, the customer, experience any of the issues listed above in the section "Faulty Orders with Quality Issues," STRONGIT LABS LLC will, upon your request, either:

  • Reship the order completely free of charge, OR
  • Issue a refund for the total charge of your order, including product and shipping costs.


Note: If a reshipment is selected, there will be no additional charge for you. If a refund is issued, the order will not be reshipped, and the refunded amount will be returned to your bank account within 5 to 10 business days, though it may arrive sooner.

If you choose a reship or a refund exclusively due to the quality issues listed above in this section, there is no need for you to return the original order to our fulfillment center. However, if you request a refund or a return due to any other reasons that we have offered in this Returns & Refunds policy, other than the quality issues listed in Section “Faulty Orders With Quality Issues”, you need to return the order to our fulfillment center, as described at length in this Returns & Refunds policy.


Important: This free reship or refund option only applies if your order is delivered with any of the quality issues listed above in this section. It is separate from the 180-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee described at the beginning of this Returns & Refunds policy. Therefore, to qualify for a free reship or refund exclusively due to these quality issues, please email us at support@strongit.shop within 30 days of receiving the faulty order. Make sure to add “Faulty Order” in the subject line of your email so you gain time and you are helped by the right person.

Within that email you must include:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number (available in your order confirmation email).
  • Your email address used for your order.
  • Indicate whether you would like a free reship or a refund.
  • Photo evidence of the wrong items that were shipped and a photo of the expiration date and lot number of the item which can be found printed at the bottom of the bottle, for our staff to proceed with a thorough investigation.

Upon receipt of the email with all the above information, STRONGIT LABS LLC will notify you of the next course of action along with a time frame of completion.


Reminder: Make sure you are still in the 30-day guarantee period after your order was shipped to you. If you don’t know when this was, search your email for your shipment date or check your order slip. Claims for faulty orders with quality issues submitted past the 30 consecutive day time frame will NOT be accommodated!

 


Incomplete Orders With Missing Items


If your order arrives at your shipping address incomplete with one or more items missing, STRONGIT LABS LLC will, upon your request, reship the missing items from your original order at no cost to you. To qualify for a free reshipment of the missing items, please email us at support@strongit.shop within 14 days of receiving the incomplete order. Make sure to add “Incomplete Order” in the subject line of your email so you gain time and you are helped by the right person.

Within that email you must include:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number (available in your order confirmation email).
  • Your email address used for your order.
  • Photo evidence to verify the incomplete order, including:
  • o A clear photo of all items you received in the shipment, arranged together to show any missing items.
  • o A photo of the packaging (box and any packing slip) if possible, to confirm the contents received.
  • o A photo of the order confirmation or packing slip, if available, as it typically lists all items that should have been included.

Upon receipt of the email with all the above information, STRONGIT LABS LLC will inform you of the next steps and provide an estimated timeline for completion.

If you don’t know when this was, search your email for your shipment date or check your order slip. Claims for incomplete orders with missing items submitted past the 14 consecutive day time frame will NOT be accommodated!

We encourage you to check this page regularly for updates on how to submit a return or refund request for your order.
